alternativly, instead of using the brown tone, you could really saturate the colors to give the town a more vibrant feel.

the brownish tone gives the photo a very aged look which in turn gives the town the feeling that it;s been around for a while - which i think complements the photo very well.
and i like the panoramic view as well. did u take several shots and stitch them together or did u just use a panoramic lens?

Very nice. You have a beautiful town. A panorama of my town would be a few trees with a couple of fastfood places here and there...

It's a nice view, with all the boats. And I like the panoramic effect.

It could use a bit more contrast between the colors though, to make it less...dull.
